Privacy, in plain terms.

• Email address — when you subscribe to The Daily Inspection, set a watch, or buy a plan.
• Ideas you submit — the text or URL you paste for validation, and the verdict computed from it.
• Usage analytics — Google Analytics 4 (page views, funnel events like "validation submitted"). No cross-site tracking, no ad targeting.
• Billing — handled entirely by Stripe. We see your email, plan, and Stripe customer id — never your card number.

Every report the Evidence Engine files joins the public record, unedited. That's the trust model: we show our misses. It also means don't paste trade secrets — describe the idea at the level you'd discuss it in public.

• Sending what you asked for: the daily email, watch alerts, plan unlocks.
• Running the service: computing verdicts, gating paid features, support.
• Never: selling data, renting lists, cold email, ad targeting. The "Never" row on the pricing page is policy, not posture.

Anthropic (verdict computation) · Stripe (payments) · Google Analytics (usage) · Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, email routing) · Emailit + our own mail server (email delivery). Each touches only what it needs to do its job. Data is processed in Australia and the US.

Two kinds: analytics (GA4) and the signed unlock cookie that remembers your paid plan on this device (30 days, functional, HttpOnly). No consent banner — Australian law doesn't require one for this; GA4 is disclosed here instead.

Emails: until you unsubscribe (one click in every email, instant). We keep a suppression record so you stay unsubscribed. Reports: kept — they're the public record. Billing records: as tax law requires.

Access, correction, deletion: email support@willitship.com from the address in question — done in days, not weeks. Australian Privacy Principles apply.
